CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION & RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
1. By placing an order electronically through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Distance Contracts Regulation (OG: 27.11.2014/29188), and other applicable legal regulations regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.
3. Shipping costs related to product delivery shall be paid by the buyers.
4. Each purchased product shall be delivered to the buyer or the person/institution designated by the buyer within a period not exceeding 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.
5. The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and accompanied by documentation such as a warranty certificate or user manual if applicable.
6. If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of discovering this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR:
7. If the Buyer does not pay for the product or if the payment is cancelled in bank records, the Seller is no longer obligated to deliver the product.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
8. If it is determined after product delivery that the Buyer’s credit card was used unlawfully by unauthorized persons, and the product price is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 3 days, with shipping costs to be covered by the Seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE CIRCUMSTANCES:
9. If unforeseeable force majeure events occur preventing timely delivery, the Buyer will be informed. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order and made payment in cash, the total amount shall be refunded within 14 days. If payment was made by credit card and the order is cancelled, the refund will be processed to the bank within 14 days, and the bank may reflect the refund to the Buyer's account within 2–3 weeks.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
10. The Buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery. Damaged or defective items such as dented, broken, or torn packages must not be accepted from the courier. Once the product is accepted, it is deemed to be undamaged and intact. After delivery, the Buyer is responsible for preserving the product. If the right of withdrawal will be used, the product must not be used. The invoice must also be returned together with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
11. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days following the delivery of the product to themselves or to the person/institution they designated, without assuming any legal or penal liability and without providing any justification, by notifying the Seller using the communication details below.

13. If the Buyer has purchased a service, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the date the contract is signed. If performance of the service begins with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period expires, the withdrawal right cannot be exercised. Information regarding withdrawal is provided in the Distance Sales Contract and Cancellation Terms, and the Buyer acknowledges these conditions by placing an order.
14. Costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal shall be covered by the Seller.
15. To use the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within 14 days via registered mail, fax, e-mail, or another method specified by the Seller, and the product must comply with the “Products for Which Withdrawal Cannot Be Used” section in this contract.
EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
16. The invoice of the product delivered to the Buyer or a third party must be returned. (For corporate invoices, a return invoice issued by the institution must accompany the return. Returns of orders invoiced to companies cannot be completed without a return invoice.)
17. The return form, product box, packaging, and standard accessories must be returned complete and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
18. The Seller must refund the total amount and any documents that place the Buyer under obligation within 10 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, and must collect the returned product within 20 days.
19. If the product’s value decreases or return becomes impossible due to the Buyer’s fault, the Buyer is responsible for compensating the Seller for the loss. However, changes resulting from proper use of the product during the withdrawal period do not make the Buyer liable.
20. If the use of the right of withdrawal causes the order amount to fall below the campaign threshold, the discount applied within the campaign will be cancelled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:
21. Products prepared in line with the Buyer’s personal requests or needs, products not suitable for return, lower-body underwear, swimwear bottoms, cosmetics, single-use items, perishable goods, products with an expired expiration date, and products whose packaging is opened by the Buyer and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, as well as goods mixed with other products and cannot be separated by nature, newspapers/magazines except subscription deliveries, digitally delivered services, and intangible goods delivered instantly are not eligible for return. Additionally, withdrawal cannot be exercised for services where performance begins with consumer approval before the withdrawal period ends.
22. Cosmetics & personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, software programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and untested to be eligible for return.
23. According to the Distance Sales Regulation, withdrawal cannot be used for:
• Products prepared according to the consumer’s preferences or personal needs.
• Perishable goods or goods with short expiration periods.
• Products whose protective packaging is opened and are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
• Products that are mixed with other goods and cannot be separated by nature.
• Books, digital content, and computer consumables provided in a physical medium whose packaging has been opened by the consumer.
• Accommodation, transportation, car rental, food & beverage supply, entertainment or leisure activities taking place on specific dates.
• Services performed instantly in electronic environments or intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
23. If the Buyer defaults on payments made by credit card, they agree, declare, and undertake to pay interest in accordance with the credit card agreement with their bank and to be liable to the bank. In this case, the bank may pursue legal remedies and request expenses and attorney fees from the Buyer. The Buyer also accepts liability for any damages the Seller incurs due to delayed payment.
