When Receiving Your Product

Before signing the delivery report, please check whether there is any damage or issue on the package of your product. If there is any damage, missing content, or if the seal/tape of the box appears to be opened, do not sign any delivery documents and return the package to the courier by requesting that a damage report be issued. Once you fulfill this obligation, your replacement products will be sent to you immediately. If the product is received despite a damaged box or alleged missing contents, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or missing items inside. Please notify us of this situation as soon as possible in writing to our address or verbally by calling 0 532 682 66 07, together with your order number.
